Common questions
Does Friendly Fivers handle money?
No. Bets are made in buckos, a play currency that only exists in the app. You can't buy them or cash them out. Everyone starts with 25, wins and loses them on bets, earns more by reaching milestones, and spends them in the shop on icons, rings, titles and banners.
What if I run out of buckos?
You can still bet. Any bet of 5 buckos or less per person can be taken with an empty wallet: if you lose, you pay what you have and the house covers the rest, so the winner is always paid. Bets bigger than that need the buckos in your wallet.
How do I join my friends' group?
Ask someone in the group for its invite link and open it. You can make an account from there.
How is the winner decided?
One side records who won and the other side confirms it. If they disagree, either side can record it again, or the group's commissioner can make the call.
I'm not getting notifications.
Turn them on in Profile → Account settings. If nothing arrives, check your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Friendly Fivers.
I forgot my password.

How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account settings → Delete account. It erases your personal details straight away. See the privacy page for what that covers.
